Gemini API Data Use

PART K - GOOGLE GEMINI API RECORD

TestServes uses the Google Gemini API to help authorised users generate questions or educational content. The intended input is educational subject matter and instructions, not student personal data. Users must not enter student names, account details, answers, results or sensitive records into the AI feature.

Google receives the prompt and returns generated content. Google may process this information on systems outside Nigeria and may retain limited API content for safety, abuse monitoring or enabled logging according to the applicable service tier, settings and current Gemini API terms. TestServes should use paid-service and minimum-retention settings where reasonably available and periodically check whether Google has materially changed these terms.
